Returns
We accept returns within 2 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at ilyarabyrim@gmail.com and send your item to our mailing address.
If exchanges or replace is approved, it will be delivered in 7-9 days.
